What is worth emailing about:
- A place in an itinerary that has closed, moved, or is wrong. Include the city and the day. Because every itinerary is regenerated from the same data, one correction can fix many pages at once.
- An opening-hours error where you are confident the data is wrong and you can point at an authoritative source.
- A missing city you would like to see. Cities are added in batches; requests help decide the order.
What is not worth emailing about: requests to link to your site, guest posts, or SEO services — those are deleted unread.
How a correction actually travels
Because the itineraries are generated rather than written by hand, a correction is not a one-page edit. The fix goes into the underlying data — a closing time, a moved venue, a wrong admission price — and then the affected itineraries are re-planned from scratch. The consequence for you is that a confirmed correction is worth reporting even if you have only seen it affect one page: the same place usually appears in several itineraries across different day counts and party sizes.
What helps most in an error report
The city and the day, a link to an authoritative page for the venue (the official site or a transit authority), and what the error is. "The museum is shut on Tuesdays" with a link is actionable immediately. "The second day is wrong" is not, because the plans are rebuilt from the data rather than patched by hand, so a description of the symptom without the underlying fact is hard to act on.
Response times
Corrections that are confirmed against an authoritative source are normally reflected in the next regeneration of that city's data, which happens in batches rather than continuously. Cities are also added in batches — Tokyo, Paris and London were the first three — so a request for a specific city is genuinely useful in deciding what comes next.
